A few weeks ago we got a call from a local business in La Mirada, Camping World, that needed to sealcoat their parking lot. We had our salesman meet the client and discuss how and when they were considering the sealcoating job. We prepared an estimate for the project and were contacted a few days later to discuss scheduling. The sealcoat work was performed in (2) move-ins and the client selected “Overkote” sealcoat manufactured by Diversified Asphalt Products in Anaheim. Since the job was so close to the office and they were a La Mirada Chamber of Commerce member we were able to give them preferred pricing. The enclosed photo is taken right after the first coat of seal was put down. The customer picked a great time of year to have the work performed as it was not too hot nor too cold.
